Account suspension appeals
If your Aleto account has been suspended and you believe the decision was incorrect, you can request a human review through the Account Suspension Appeal page.
Appeals are not automatic reinstatements. Do not send your Aleto password or unnecessary identity documents with an appeal.
Account deletion
To delete your account, use Settings → Account → Delete account in the Aleto app.
If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on the Account Deletion page or contact privacy@aleto.video.
Reporting content
If content or conduct inside Aleto may violate our Community Guidelines, use the in-app reporting feature where available.
For urgent safety matters, formal legal notices, or concerns involving the exploitation or endangerment of children, contact legal@aleto.video.
Intellectual-property notices
If you believe content available through Aleto infringes your copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights, contact legal@aleto.video.
